Darshield & Darvent

Darshield:

• This PFP engineering jacketing type product made by 316 stainless steel.

Apply for: Valves, actuators, instrument panels, control panels & critical equipment.

Main Purposes are:

• Withstand the hydrocarbon and Jet fire for 1200°C/120min.
• Resist explosion pressure up to 1.60bar.
• Design with hatch, access doors & Vent (Darvent).
• It can design with Darmatt to lower the cost.
• Lloyd’s certification.

Darvent:
This is the vent for the PFP engineering product.

Apple for: Junction box, equipment & cable trays.

Main Purposes are:

• Withstand the hydrocarbon and Jet fire for 1200°C/180min.
• Allow the accumulation of flammable gases dissipated.
• Let the heat generated by the operating machines can exchange with outside environment air:
• Lowering the ampacity derating problem due to the high temperature.
• Protect equipment damaged by high temperature.
• During the fire, the grille will intumescent to close the gaps.
